What should I expect when I come for my first session with you?
The initial session last for approximately one and a half hours during which time you will be asked a list of comprehensive questions about your presenting condition, your lifestyle and any past illnesses you have experienced. From this information I am then able to formulate an action plan both in terms of reflexology treatment and lifestyle changes etc I may recommend.
I have ticklish feet - will I be able to relax during the session?!
Most people are concerned about this and are always pleasantly surprised at how relaxing the treatment is as the touch is firm but gentle.
How often will I have to have reflexology?
Ideally, once a week for the first 4 - 6 sessions after which the time in between your sessions will reduce quite significantly as you begin to feel the benefits of reflexology.
How much does it cost?
For the initial session the cost is £50 for an hour and a half consultation time.
Subsequent treatments cost £30 for an hour and a quarter.
Is it easy to park?
Ramsden is a small, very quiet village and there is ample roadside parking outside the house.
