WelcomeHaving over 22 years experience as a fully qualified reflexologist and massage therapist I am a well sought after therapist with a professional approach and an excellent reputation. With a depth of experience my approach is truely holistic believing that lifestyle and knowledge has an important role in healing.
Complementary Therapy had always attracted me having suffered ill health in my twenties and finding solutions which answered questions beyond those available within the medical field. Massage and reflexology gave me the tools to be able to really help those who found themselves in a similar position. I have a particular interest in Nutrition and am able to advise on dietary approaches to aid recovery, achieve optimum health and fitness etc..
I have worked over the years with Thames Valley Police, Oxfordshire County Council and Social Services as well as teaching both massage and reflexology. I am also a Baby Massage Trainer.
I'm lucky enough to work within a purpose built studio within a tranquil garden setting in the beautiful village of Ramsden between Witney and Charlbury in West Oxfordshire. My treatment room is a very special haven away from the stresses of everyday life and provides a safe, confidential environment in which to unwind and heal.
As part of my ongoing professional development I regularly attend seminars and lectures in my fields of expertise so that I can bring to my practice a continually fresh approach. I have a passion for lifestyle counselling which fits in so well with the complementary approach to your health.
Although I work with people who present themselves with a variety of issues I have established a reputation for working with clients during preconception fertility issues (including preparing for IVF) and throughout their pregnancy giving not only relaxing, beneficial reflexology treatments but also offering advice on pre-conception and pregnancy lifestyle.
I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and therefore you are assured of a professional approach to your treatments. Reflexology is, however, not a substitute for medical treatment so if you have a particular concern about your health please contact your GP or medical advisor.
All information given during a consultation is treated in the strictest confidence.
