Welcome to the Wychwood Health website. I hope you will find this website useful when deciding how best to treat a particular ailment with reflexology.My name is Claire Winter and I have been in complementary practice for 10 years and offer reflexology, therapeutic massage and indian head massage and am currently studying nutrition. I have a passion for lifestyle counselling which fits in so well with the complementary approach.
Reflexology is well suited to so many difference health disorders and can help with the following conditions
I am experienced at treating conditions such as fertility, depression, anxiety and digestive disorders. Many other conditions respond well to reflexology and as I have been in practice for over 10 years have a good knowledge of most conditions and am glad to say have a good level of success in treating a wide range of illnesses.
My treatment room is situated in a pleasant garden setting and is peaceful, providing a good opportunity to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. All information given to me during a consultation is treated with the strictest confidence.
